Large Group Class/Repertoire
Large groups are an opportunity for students to fully explore Suzuki repertoire in a more musical way. In these classes students will also expand their ability to play with others and expand their awareness of what is possible in their own musical lives.
Master Classes
Master classes are daily one on one hour long semi private classes. Students will perform and work on a piece polished at a recital ready level and use that as a starting point for exploring skills to elevate thier playing both technically and musically.
Eurhythmics Music & Movement Enrichment
All Young Siblings will explore music and movement in a group class using the Dalcroze method and will be able to connect with music in a new fun way. Students will also learn some ear training and basic music theory. Instructor: Matt Smith
Young Siblings Program: Books 1-3 (past twinkles)
The Advanced Suzuki Institute at Stanford is open to siblings of registered Advanced Students who do not meet the advanced enrollment requirements. These students receive 3 hours of core classes each day and access to both the honors recital and evening concert series. At this time, the program is only for violin and viola students between Books 1 and 3. Students will be placed in groups based on their level.
